From Financial Dreams to Mindful Living.

For most of my career, I helped clients achieve their financial dreams—buying their first home or car, saving for their children’s education, and preparing for retirement. It was fulfilling work, guiding people toward the milestones that shape a secure future. But over time, I began to realize something: while we may own many homes or cars in our lifetime, we only get one body to carry us through it.

That realization shifted everything.

I made a personal and professional pivot—one that aligned more deeply with my values and passion for holistic well-being. I became a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach and a proud GAIN Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner™.

Today, as the founder of Mindful Nutrition Coach, I help individuals invest in their greatest asset: their health. My practice goes beyond the plate, blending nutrition, lifestyle shifts, movement, and mindfulness to support real, sustainable transformation. Because true wealth isn’t just about what we accumulate—it’s about how we feel, how we live, and how well we care for the one body we’ve been given.

Every Wellness Journey Begins With Self-Love

For as long as I can remember, I battled with self-esteem issues—no matter my size. I could have been a size 6 and still felt “fat” or not pretty enough. I was once married, and if you looked at me back in September 2002, you’d see a lean, fit woman with a bright, healthy smile. But what you couldn’t see in that photo was the self-loathing and sadness I carried within me.

My struggles began in childhood with trauma that seeped into every cell of my being. For years, I pushed it down, not realizing how much it shaped my life until my world eventually came crashing down. I was grieving the loss of my mother, who was also my best friend, while working in an extremely high-stress job with no work–life balance. I lost my way—I lost myself.

Food, wine, and shopping became my way of numbing the pain. As I sank deeper into this cycle, the weight piled on. At the same time, I faced a bullying neighbor, a bullying boss, and the early stages of my dad’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis. Life felt unbearably heavy.

In January 2022, I moved my dad in with me until April 2025. During those years, I also grieved the loss of my soul dog, Harvey—an excruciating heartbreak. All of it compounded until I realized I was stuck in my own pity party, sitting on the sidelines of my own life.

Something shifted in me last year. I decided I was done. Done with numbing. Done with hating myself. Done with not participating in the life I was meant to live.

On June 29 , 2024, I chose to take my power back and begin a remarkable journey—one of filling my mind, body, and soul with positivity, nourishment, and self-love.

What I haven’t mentioned yet is that, years earlier, something had already sparked inside me. After watching my mom battle cancer, slowly losing my dad to Alzheimer’s, and struggling with my own mental health, I kept asking myself: Why has no doctor ever asked what we’re putting into our bodies? Why do we treat symptoms but never ask why disease shows up in the first place?

That question propelled me into action. On March 10, 2021, I became a Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach. On May 11, 2023, I became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.

So you might ask: If I was trained, why did it take me more than three years to start my own transformation?

Because knowledge isn’t enough. Years of ingrained negative thoughts, destructive habits, and a deep sense of unworthiness held me back. I had to hit my own rock bottom before I was ready to rise.

And I did.

I began with small, simple changes—shifting my eating habits, moving my body, and becoming mindful of not only what I put into my body, but also what I allowed into my mind and soul.

I started this journey weighing 220.5 pounds. Today, I weigh 127.5 pounds—a loss of 93 pounds. I am now the same size I was in 2002, but the difference is powerful: today, I am healthier—mentally, emotionally, and physically—than I have ever been.

And I did this while navigating menopause, post-menopause, and an autoimmune diagnosis in October 2024—without the use of any medication. I developed tools and resources that helped me heal, strengthen, and transform, and I look forward to sharing them with you as you walk your own path to wellness.

For the first time in my 56 years, I love myself fully and completely.

And this is what I want for you.

It would be my greatest honor to help you find your inner peace, your self-worth, and the vibrant life you deserve. Take this journey with me—I will coach you, guide you, and cheer you on every single step of the way.
